The Digital Marketing and Insights Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy for RCPI across its core businesses; these are medical training programmes, membership and fellowship enrolment/renewal, exams and courses in national and international markets. The manager will also be responsible for generating insight reports on the digital marketing activity of the College and its effectiveness on business development for RCPI.

We are looking for a self-motivated Learning Technologist on a 2-year fixed-term basis. The successful applicant will support the Education Development department in the development and delivery of a suite of blended and online programmes. This role will include the identification and development of training and support necessary for academic and administrative staff to deliver the programmes.

The Head of Education leads the Education Function in the strategic development of education and research within the College. The candidate should have a good understanding of medical education in the areas of governance, management, processes, people, infrastructure, technology and finance. The role has responsibility for leading and managing the education and research departments and will work closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

This role is part of the Senior Management Team and will report to the CEO.

In line with its new strategy, RCPI is now seeking to appoint a Dean of Education and Academic Programmes who will lead the strategic development of education within the College, working closely with the Executive Board, the relevant College Committees and the Education team. This is a key role and the successful candidate must demonstrate a strong commitment and passion to education and life-long learning. The Dean of Education and Academic Programmes will act as the Chair of the Academic Board, is a member of the Executive Board and will attend Council and other College committees as required.

RCPI wishes to appoint a Clinical Lead to plan, design and develop the popular RCPI monthly Masterclass CPD Series of education. The RCPI Masterclasses appeal to a wide audience and includes a one-day programme delivered during the annual St Luke’s Symposium. The Clinical Lead will work with the Deans and Officers of the Faculties and Institutes, the Education, CPD Events and Communications team within RCPI to promote and deliver this wide-ranging and relevant series for Trainees, Learners, Members and Fellows.
